We are a family run business located in the downtown Fresno area. We operate in construction and property management with over 40 years of experience in both fields. Our construction business consists of remodel, tiny homes, and other projects within the scope of a General Building Contractor through the CSLB. We manage over 120 homes and properties that are located in Fresno & Clovis which are owned by the Saiz family.

*Due to COVID-19 pandemic we are only allowing 2 customers / tenants into the office at a time. If you are sick or showing any signs of flu-like symptoms or cough we ask that you mail in your rental payments or call the office at (559) 497-5212.

 

*If you have an "emergency" work order please call the office to get put on the schedule. Please note we are still open as an essential business however, we are operating with a skeleton crew handling emergency work orders for our tenants and customers. Wait times may be longer than normal.
