Rentals:


*There are no current, open or upcoming rentals available.

*Please check back monthly for any new rental listings that have or will become vacant.  

*All rental approvals are based on a best qualified applicant. 

Application Process:

*To apply for a property, first you must make an appointment to view the inside of the property. You can call the office between business hours at (559) 497-5212 to schedule a viewing. We only offer same-day viewings. 

*All applicants 18 years & older must fill out and complete a Rental Application. 

*A $25 non-refundable credit check fee is required of all applicants (cash or money order).

*Each applicant must provide 3 months of proof of income or check stubs. 

*Applicants must make double the rental amount to qualify. 

*Driver's License / Photo ID is required of all applicants. 

*Social Security Card is required to verify identity. 


Section 8:

* We accept Fresno Housing vouchers (Section 8) for most properties. 

*Section 8 applicants must provide proof of Section 8 voucher with bedroom size as stated on your voucher. 

*For Section 8 applicants we still require verification of proof of income (3 months).

 

Pets:

*Pets are allowed but must have prior approval of the owners and proper Pet Addendum attached to Lease Agreement before any pet is placed within the property. 

*There is a $300 Pet Deposit required for up to 2 pets on the property. The Pet Deposit is refundable at move out so long as your pet has not caused any damage. 

*Service pets are allowed and the pet deposit can be waived with proper documentation from the State of CA and must meet the legal standard for a service pet/emotional support animal. 

*We encourage all tenants to maintain a separate Renter's Insurance for their pets.
